United Nations Environment Assembly Resolution 2/5 “Delivering on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” requested, inter-alia, the Executive Director of UN Environment to report to the Assembly at its next session on progress in implementation of the System-Wide Framework of Strategies on the Environment (SWFS ) and the report on maximizing effectiveness of the Environment Management Group in the light of the 2030 Agenda.
This briefing presents progress made and steps forward by the Environment Management Group in response to this decision.
